My story
My story isn't unique. That's exactly why it matters.
After my third baby, I was exhausted, disconnected from my body, and doing everything “right” by the standards of every fitness program I'd ever followed. I went back to the workouts I knew. I followed the meal plans. I tried to “snap back.”
Nothing worked. Not because the workouts were bad — but because they were built for someone who hadn't just spent nine months growing a human. My core wouldn't fire. My energy wouldn't return. The pooch wouldn't budge.
That's when I realized: postpartum bodies don't need harder workouts. They need different workouts. Built around the actual recovery timeline. Built around the actual hours a new mom has. Built around what's safe — and what isn't.
So I built the method I wished existed. The same method I now teach moms across the world.
